Customer Service:
You deserve the right to quick, courteous service.  Earthen Treasures strives to make your ordering experience a positive one.  Need suggestions?  Just email us and someone will be happy to help you.

Products:
Because of the nature of our products we will not issue refunds UNLESS it is our fault.  Example-Sending the wrong fragrance, wrong item, etc.  We do not issue refunds on items because you do not like the scent you ordered or you decide you don't want the order any more.  We make our products FRESH based on the customers needs/wants!  If you have a problem with your order please email us within 3 days of receipt.

Payment:
We currently accept PayPal, Western Union, Credit Union Checks, Cashiers Checks & Money Orders.  Insurance has been added to the menu on the left.  We will not be responsible for postal damage or lost mail.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order (there will be a 50% restocking fee for orders canceled after this time period-no exceptions.).

Order Processing:
Orders are filled in the order that they are received and paid for.  We will start no order without receiving payment first.  If you are on a time line please let us know.  Turn around time is subject to change during holiday season, holidays, vacation time, sales, health reasons, emergencies or acts of God and inclement weather.  We do not count Saturday, Sunday & holidays as a work day, because we do not work these days.

Order Completion:
Invoices for completed orders should be paid for as soon as possible.  We have had completed orders sit for up to 9 months.  We will no longer let orders sit around. After 1 month of email & snail mail contact and hearing nothing from the customer we will consider your payment "rent" and toss your order.  No refund will be given.  If there is accident, injury or contact from the customer this will not happen.  We have had up to 5 orders piled up waiting for payment.  We just don't have room for these orders to sit around.  I'm sorry that we have had to take this step but we make every effort to contact our customers and feel we should be given the same consideration regarding contact if an order will have to sit for a while.

Rush Orders: 
We now have a policy on rush orders.  You will need to be invoiced separately or we can add it on to your shipping cost.  There is now a charge for rush orders.
1-2 items - $1.50
3-5 items - $3.00
6-8 items - $4.00
9 items & up $5.00

Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone (mainly individuals that have had fraudulent dealings with our company & our sister etailers).

Privacy:
Earthen Treasures does not sell their customer list to anyone!  Your information is used only for the handling of your orders.  You can order with the assurance that your information will remain PRIVATE!
